Return Policy

ProEdge Bowling LLC is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us and are unsatisfied, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged inside of a protective shipping box. Any item returned that is not in the original packaging and/or inside a protective shipping box will not be accepted. If a product is returned and is not defective then a 15% restocking fee will apply. This 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. This fee will be charged to the credit card used on the original order or through the original payment method. Packaging fees are non-refundable.

To process a return, please fill out and submit the Return Form below. You will receive an email within 72 hours regarding your return request. DO NOT return any merchandise until you have received an email from us detailing how to return your item(s). All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). 

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from ProEdge Bowling. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at proedgeproducts@aol.com and send your item to: 2 South Salem Street, Dover, NJ, 07801, United States.
